EQUIPMENT GUIDE

Suction Guns - 1.8mm fluid tip at 350 kpa (50-55 psi) air pressure

Pressure Pots - 1.5mm fluid tip with dedicated pot pressure air cap at 350 kpa air pressure and pot pressure of 45 kpa (6 psi)

Airless - 9 13 thou fluid tip size and pump regulated to 400 kpa (50-60 psi). Viscosity dependent.

Air Assisted Airless - 9 13 thou fluid tip size and pump regulated to 400 kpa (50-60 psi) with air assist regulated at 70 to 90 kpa (10-15 psi). Viscosity dependent.

Curtain Coating - Check suitability of equipment and ensure viscosity is maintained at 15-25 sec. with regular addition of NC Thinner to maintain operational viscosity.
