TYPICAL USES
SUNNY UNDERBODY BLACK is used as an under body coating on passenger cars for areas which are mechanically heavily used. And it is particularly suitable for motor vehicle bodies, wheel casings, front spoilers, car doors, edges, joints, bonnets, rear ends, deck lids, etc.
APPLICATION
The product can be applied by brush/spray or spatula. Application by Underseal spray gun is highly recommended. Due to its excellent sag resistance, the material can be applied up to a high layer thickness.
SURFACE PREPERATION
Surface to be painted with SUNNY UNDERBODY BLACK have to be cleaned well and rust must be removed. The area must be dry and free of oil, grease, dirt and to great extent free of dust.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Use outdoors or in a well-ventilated area such as an open garage. Mix the contents thoroughly before use. Do not dilute with thinner, apply as it is.
- SUNNY UNDERBODY BLACK can be applied by brush or spatula in one step up to 4mm layer thickness. After dying over night the vehicle is ready for use again. For full curing 24-36 hours are necessary.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Always keep paint out of reach of children. Ensure good ventilation during application and drying. Do not smoke while painting. Highly flammable. Store in a cool dry place away from heat and sparks.
